Who will be your choice as Prime Minister of India 2014 - Opinion Poll results

To be honest I started a poll for a fun 'who is the biggest Joker in 2014" . But the support I received for that poll made me to think of Polls of serious nature. Who will be your choice as PM 2014 conducted with that thought.

It just an online opinion poll, but some of the findings are interesting

1.  Rahul Gandhi & Narendra Modi enjoys huge fan following online
2. Modi is having more support from abroad, thats why he wins most of the online polls
3.  Supporters of Kejriwal are Modi fans, when it comes to chose between Modi & Kejriwal they go with Modi
4.  Modi fans will do anything to win online polls and create an impression its peoples choice and silence opposite views
5.  Congress is not having a base in Social media is a myth, a silent majority is there in online and they are powerful
6.  Kasab hanging influenced voting positively for Rahul Gandhi
7.  Narendra Modi is just a hype, it will be difficult for him to reach Pan India

Some of you ask me about Sonia & Manmohan Singh. Its clear that Sonia is not interested in PM post and almost sure that Manmoan will not be heading Congress govt after 2014.Still there was an option for others for open voting If my observation is right Rahul will take PM post only if Congress alone has more than 230 seats. he wont head a govt with powerful allies.
Votes and percentage -

Rahul Gandhi - 7143 (53%)
Narendra Modi -5065 (38%)

Winners Country wise(Many votes came from outside india, this list will give you a perspective)

Rahul Gandhi  - INDIA(74% votes from India),Kuwait, New Zealand, Oman, China

Narendra Modi - Australia, Baharin, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Europe(Including Italy), Fiji, Gabon, Germany(87% of 2598 votes), Ireland, Japan, Malasysia, Nigeria, Norway, Quatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, UAE, UK(79% of 387 votes), USA(84% of 825 votes)

Poll attracted 198 tweets, 16 FB shares, 13468 votes, 26493 web views and 2602 mobile views. I thank all of you for your support and suggetions

Mein Hoon Aam Admi

Scene No 1
Location New Delhi
Time 4 pm
OB vans and reporters are waiting for arrival of self proclaimed savior of Indian Politics Arvind Kejriwal. Kejriwal with his disciples Prashant Bhushan in the right and Mayank Gandhi in the left arrives at podium.Cameras flash, reporters are ready, India is ready for next episode of biggest reality show in Indian television.

Its 5th episode of Kejrileaks; Robert Vadra, Nitin Gadkari, Reliance and HSBC are victims of his earlier hit & runs. Kejriwal's previous episodes had give high TRPs for all news channels, now he is the superstar of  news channels.

Kejriwal starts his Press Conference.

Kejriwal - Our fight is not against a person but we are fighting against rotten system. We are not personally against Mukesh Ambani or Anil Ambani, but we are against the system they represent.

Kejriwal - Dear friends we have IT department for collecting proper tax from citizens and punishing defaulters and freuds. The purpose of this department is it to get more tax and reduce corruption and black money. But now that IT department itself is corrupt.
Kejriwal - I personally know one officer who gained money through doing favors to political bosses and corporates. She was never transferred out of Delhi because her nexus with politicians. She had stashed her ill gotten money in swiss accounts overseas. IAC is fighting against like this monsters. We can all together tear the masks of these monsters

NDTV reporter - Whom you are referring to?
Prashanth Bhushan - That's a nonsense question

Kejriwal - I am coming to that. All details are in public domain. There are cases in courts, but no progress for last 2 years. Govt should conduct inquiry into all these things, but they are silent on this issue, because they are involved, BJP wont speak about this because they too are partners in crime. We are fighting against this system. If Janlokapal was in place monsters like her should have been in Jail. We have to start second freedom struggle now.

NDTV Reporter - About whom you are making allegations?
Prashanth Bhushan - Its not a relevant question

Kejriwal - I request all patriotic citizens of India to resign from IT department, which is corrupt, looting money, helping crony capitalism. I am speaking about a corrupt officer

NDTV Reporter - Is this allegation based on any govt documents like RTI?
Kejriwal - No
NDTV Reporter - Is this allegations based on PTI report?
Kejriwal - No
NDTV Reporter - Is this allegations based on any self made news paper report like Modi?
Kejriwal - No
NDTV Reporter - Then what basis you are making such an allegation?
Prashanth Bhushan - Its a nonsense question
Kejriwal -  I am speaking about Sunita Kejriwal

Entire media looks stunned

Scene No -  2
CNN IBN Studio
Welcome to News @9, today we discuss about new Kejrileaks - on corruption in IT department. Joined by man of the moment Mr Arvind Kejriwal from outside his house and Mrs.Sunita Kejriwal from inside their house.

Sardesai - Mr. Kejriwal first of all I really appreciate you for your honesty to expose reality which most of us don't dare to touch. you have reality touch the nerve, how you feel now?
Kejriwal - We are fighting against system, not against individuals, individuals are not important for us

Sardesai - You have exposed Reliance why you left Tatas?
Kejriwal - 3 years I worked with them, I am loyal dog, more over they fund our movement heavily

Sardesai - Congress accuse you of a RSS agent, how you respond to that
Kejriwal - No comments (Monologue How can I go against my boss)

Sardesai - Whats your answer to Digvijay Singh's 27 questions?
Kejriwal - All the facts and circumstances concerning this are in the records of the PMO and the finance ministry,by Hon’ble Chairperson NAC

Sardesai - By Press conferences you are rerunning the allegations that are already in the public domain. The answers by govt also in the public domain, why should govt answer you with your own logic about 27 questions of Digvijay ?
Kejriwal - I am an Aam Admi, they are powerful

Sardesai - A person who gets funding from Ford foundation and Awaaz is an ordinary citizen?
Kejriwal - I am not a terrorist

Sardesai - How I have to call a person who  fights against democratically elected govt and Parliament
Kejriwal - Aam Admi

Sardesai - You dont believe in Politics, Parliament, Judiciary, CBI, Police... why you are starting Political party in this corrupt scenario?
Kejriwal - To eradicate corruption

Sardesai -Your team members Prashant Bhushan, Mayank Gandhi and Anjali Damania are corrupt like other politicians, so you are not different from other parties
Kejriwal - We have set up an internal Lokpal to give clean chit to them, more over our corruption is small compared to them

Sardesai - It is because you didn't get power. if you get power you people also will be corrupt like other politicians. Thats what seeing Bhushan, Gandhi & Damania people of India can infer. Am i right?
Kejriwal - I am an Aam Admi. Why you media is not asking like these questions to Sonia, Manmohan and Rahul?

Sardesai - Let us come to Janlokpal. You started this movement for Janlokpal. Have you forget the cause?
Kejriwal - From beginning I have only one cause(Monologue - I have only one cause money and power)\

Sardesai - Do you believe that Janlokpal is a solution for all types of corruption
Kejriwal - Yes, we can address corruption by Janlokpal, once janlokpal comes there will be corruption  in Lokpal only, all other corruptions will stop

Sardesai - If your intention is right you should be fighting with TMC and BJP for not supporting Lokpal and opposing constitutional status for Lokpal , why your fight is against only congress?
Kejriwal - I fight against those who are in power

Sardesai -In that case why you are not fighting against CMs who are not implementing  Lokayukta like Narendra Modi
Kejriwal -No comments (Monologue -  I cannot fight against my boss)

Sardesai - Let us come to Vision of your political party, are you a leftist or rightist party
Kejriwal - we are an Aam Admi party

Sardesai - How you see Pakistan?
Kejriwal - Pakistan cricket team is good one, i wish them all the best in India tour

Sardesai - Whats your opinion about India China relations
Kejriwal - We have to stop using china made duplicate products, even I am using china made mobile

Sardesai - Reelection of Obama will help India or against interests of India?
Kejriwal - Obama...I have seen his tweet, nice hug, but its not good for Indian culture... Sardesai you ask about India, Let America, China & Pakistan decide their future internally like our internal Lokpal

Sardesai - When you lead a national party you should have a clear vision about India's stand on international affairs too. Ok we will come to India.what your opinion about un-touchability?
Kejriwal - We don't have any un -touchability, we are in touch with RSS too, they supported us in our movement

Sardesai - Whats your vision about agriculture production? What's your opinion on genetically engineered crops?
Kejriwal - Anjali Damania will comment on this, she is a farmer

Sardesai - Whats your vision on interstate rivers and nationalization of that
Kejriwal - We are against capitalism, about nationalism  Prashant Bhusan will answer. he is good in solving internal issue like in case of Kashmir, advising govt to give freedom

Sardesai - Let us come to your revelations today, what made you to accuse on your wife
Kejriwal - You are the right person to understand my feelings

Sardesai - Can you explain that?
Kejriwal - I am fighting against a system, not against any individual

Sardesai - Then why you name your wife?
Kejriwal - naming and shaming part of that, fighting against system

Sardesai - Thank you Mr.Kejriwal for joining CNN IBN, now Mrs.Sunita Kejriwal joins from her home
Madam first question , how you respond to these allegations
Sunita - I deny all allegations, in my life i have done only one mistake

Sardesai - What was that?
Sunita - Marrying kejriwal, I never knew that he is a mentally retarded person

Sardesai - I didn't get you, can you please explain your point?
Sunita - If you ask about our children also he will tell all the facts and circumstances concerning this are in the records of the PMO and the finance ministry, including the letter sent by Hon’ble Chairperson NAC or else he will ask for a Lokpal to decide whether he is father.

Sardesai - How you live with like this a person
Sunita - If same question asked to Sagarika how she will respond, same answer I also want to give you now

Sardesai - Thank you for joining CNN IBN, if i ask more questions i will be in trouble. I dont judge anybody, let people of India decide , you cant cheat them by political gimmicks.

Note :-

1. Kejriwal, wife never transferred out of Delhi, While Kejriwal forgot to take note of Ashok Khemka (the IAS officer from Haryana, who cancelled the mutation of the over three-acre plot that Robert Vadra's company allegedly sold to DLF last month, has been transferred for 43 times during his 20 years service)
If same logic is applied to kejriwal and wife they are 2 most corrupt officers in IRS

2. Kejriwal never answered questions on his movement by Digvijay Singh, a person stands for transparency should start it with himself

3. Kejriwal is silent on serious allegations against Bhushan Mayank gandhi & Anjali Damania

4. Kejriwal received funding from Ford foundation, a front organization of CIA and Awaaz an organization funded Arab spring. There is a big difference between Arab countries which are monarchy or autocratic and India which is a democratic country.

5. Kejriwal has to take forward the movement in democratic means, not through black mailing politics like fasting, allegations through Press conferences without proofs, gheravos, picketings . If he has proofs he has to approach courts, why Kejriwal is away from judiciary when ultimate authority to give justice is judiciary

6. Kejriwal and IAC involved in money laundering. They got more than Rs.200 crores which they have diverted to tax havens in overseas. Same people speak about black money, so they are not trustworthy.

7.Bhushan holds an opinion of freedom for Kashmir, people with like this opinion are dangerous for the sovereignty of the Nation

8. Kejriwal doesn't answer, he just ask questions, if he is so confident about his movement why he is fearing to face Digvijay Singh

9. Kejriwal is doing witch hunting; his accusation on Salman Khurshid ( one of the genuine, honest, educated and wel behaved politician) is on the backdrop of Salman's visit to Anna and which eventually cause the split in Team Anna.Even the worst critics who gone through records admitted that Salman's NGO has given the materials, only some procedural lapses exist there

10.Kejriwal's allegations against Mukesh Ambani came after he refused to fund kejriwal's movement. It is interesting that there is no accusation against Tata who funded his movement. selective targeting?

11.Kejriwal never attacks BJP for their double stand on Lokpal & lokayukta. If BJP was genuine they should have supported Constitutional statatus for Lokpal. More over they opposed Lokpal in Rajya Sabha.

12. Kejriwal campaigned only against congress in elections, it really shows who is his boss.

13. Kejriwal never campaigned against the states which are not appointing Lokayukta eg Tamil Nadu, Gujarat

14. So its beyond doubt we can assume Kejriwal is a person who is gainst our nation, democracy and its sovereignty

Why Rahul Gandhi is right

It was a show of strength by Congress in Ramlila maidan. Crowd of 3 lacs give thumps up to progressive steps taken by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.Rally was a fitting reply to negative campaign of opposition parties and self proclaimed social activists. Rally shake the confidence of BJP & NDA on many grounds in recent days

1. Rahul Gandhi is hiding after UP debacle - He showed his critics that he walk the talk.

2. Rahul Gandhi is out touch with people - He showed in Kashmir and Punjab he knows the issue of youth than most of the local leaders.(Those who were on a rampage on Twitter & FB against Rahul Gandhi on his observation - 70% of youth in Punjab use drugs - were hiding their head after datas showed him right)

3. Rahul Gandhi dont know how to speak - After seeing Ramlila maidan speech by Rahul most of the supporters of Narendra Modi are fearing to ask for a debate between Rahul & Modi.rahul speech was aggressive, elegant, futuristis and inrospective compared to Modi who attacks dignity of women, divide people based on caste and religion, spitting venom in each speech evenif the yatra is in name of Swamy Vivekananda.i believe the comparison Nitin Gadkari made about Vivekananda & Dawood ibrahim is for Modi to follow the latter instead insulting Vivekananda

4. Rahul Gandhi wants to be PM because he is from Gandhi dynasty - Rahul showed his critics that he is not power hungry, he is No.2 in Congress because he deserves that position. Ramlila Maidan speech was an assertion of this fact he is arrived and opposition knows it will be devastating for them. Rahul gandhi never took the elevator of Gandhi family surname, but with mere hard work in the organization for last 8 years he was emerging steadfastly .

From this back ground we have to analyse opposition attack on Rahul Gandhis remark on Kargil. What he told - For Congress whether govt or opposition interest of the coutry is paramount. We wont play politics on that. Supported BJP in Kargil conflict. But BJP is playing politics against the interest of the country.

1. BJP slept on intelligence reports suggesting military and militants presence in Kargil.
2. never listned to Congress' opposition to Vajpayes's Indo -Pak policy - giving everything to pakistan without checks & balances
3. Vajpayee delayed war to gain political gain and an image of national Hero
4. NDA was busy in making money through coffins for the soldiers
5.Army used same Bofors tanks which BJP accused wont fire and maligned name of late PM Rajiv Gandhi
6.Purchase scam during kargil war of Rs.1762 crores

Congress never try to score on Kargil war even though it was a total failure of NDA administration in New Delhi.

But Rahul never compared Kargil and FDI,as quid pro quo  he was comparing national interest shown by Congress and double standard of BJP. When BJP was in power they advocated 100% FDI in retail without any checks and balances, but when they are in opposition they are against 51% FDI in Multi brand retail with many conditions.
Knowing that why people are speaking and writing against rahul? only one reason. Rahul arrived and the worst fear of them about Rahul is becoming a reality, he is a mix of graceful Rajiv Gandhi  and tactical Indira Gandhi

Its Final War

Dear Friends

Arise Awake and stop not till goal is reached. We have a war to win.Its our destiny's call to fight the evil. Its not time to be in slumber. Enemy is so close to our fort.

We have to defend 1000s of years of Indian culture, which based on values of  love, harmony, equality, respect . We are defending our great culture that does not differentiate people based on caste, ethnicity, language or religion.Indian is the cradle of  great religions like Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism & Sikhism. We welcomed foreign religions like Islam, Christianity & Jewish without any hostility. India is the only place where Jews were not prosecuted. We believe that each and every Indian are equal part of great Indus valley civilization.

Sadly now patriotism means accepting Brahmin Supremacy. Nationalism is being a part of Hinduism and supporting BJP . Those who were dominating Dalits and weaker sections of society are again back with false promises. They exploit poor people based on caste & religion. Rama observed rajadharma by asking Sita to give Agnipareeksha. So called followers of  Ram give blood bath of innocents in name of his temple.

Those who betrayed Quit India movement are now patriots. Those who killed Gandhi are role models youths. Those who begged clemency to British emperor are now freedom fighters and national heroes. A paramilitary organization which gets funds from Pakistan intelligence agency speaks volumes about nationalism and countering terrorism

Those who escorted terrorists to Kandahar teaches us how to defend our country from terrorists. Those who failed to stop entry of Pakistan military to Kargil speak about intelligence gathering. Those who failed to stop terrorists entering Parliament are saying Congress is a threat to nation's security.

Who are the real terrorists? is it the only Pakistan based militants or homegrown saffron terror? If we look at data Saffron terror is more dangerous than Islamic militancy. Our visionary leader Rahul Gandhi was right to point out this so many years back. ISI backed saffron terror we have seen in Malegaon, Samjhauta Express,Mecca Masjid, Ajmer Sharif, Thane Cinema,Butchering of muslims in Godhra, Systematic elimination of Christians in Orrissa, Radicalization of Mangalore, hoisting Pakistan flag to instigate riots by Sri Ram sene, Rent a riot by Pramod Muthalik, Role in Sikh riots, Babrimasjid demolition... count goes on.

Those who preach they are against corruption never see their party President standing naked. They are silent on rampant corruption in Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh. To know their double standards just look how they stopped Lokpal bill in Parliament and not appointing any Lokayukta in most their states. To create an impression that central govt is corrupt they used CAG to give reports on assumptions & policies,  leak misleading CAG reports based on request, Salwar swamy to do a Circus in Ramlila Maidan, another swamy to ventilate all his venom on Gandhi family, created a anarchist Kejriwal by giving logistics and money support, not supporting govt in crucial bills, stopping parliament from functioning.. They fight corruption by inducting people like Kushwaha & Sukhram, Party with difference.

Whats the alternative they are giving to the most respectable and honest economist Manmohan singh?
Sushma - who created Bellary brothers and accused of so close to Dawood Ibrahim, the most wanted criminal in India
Jaitley - A lawayer who was a lier in Bofors case
Advani - Old man who was not aware of sending terrorists to Kandahar and respects Jinnah more than Mahatma Gandhi
Gadkari - The great Social entrepreneur who metamorphosis driver to director
Murali Manohar Joshi - Who cant see any color other than saffron
Modi - who ditched his wife for political ambitions, tomorrow he will ditch our country too. He will fake anything, encounter, followers, growth records, Sadbavana...His thoughts and deeds are china made, pure duplicate. How can a  person  who cant respect wife of another politician respects other women.

One thing is common, no one is having a clean back ground, all crooked politicians, honesty is not in their conduct, to get power they will do any dirty tricks and will align with anybody.

Congress stands for political ethics. Our silence is powerful than opposition 1000 words. We silence our critics by our actions. We are the only party who took action against leaders who indulge in corruption. , RTI, RTE, #aadhar, are some of Congress measure to curb corruption. With highly volatile global scenario too Congress drive India safely, compare it with recession in 2000 at time of NDA regime

Its time our beloved leader Rahul Gandhi takes charge of the party. He humbly rejected the invitation to join Cabinet. Compare it with 6 PM aspirants who stitch their coats for the post of PM from 2004 even though its hypothetical for BJP to rule India. Rahul stands for Humility, Charisma, down to earth,  listener , educated and having global exposure, 9 years of experience in national politics, represents the only national party in India. He is truly  a gentleman in Indian politics just likeRajiv Gandhi.

Now our enemies are attacking us below the belt. One section of media & Sangh pariwar Spreading lies like Sonia Gandhi's medical expense, Shashi Tharoor's wife's rate, Rape case on Rahul Gandhi, Rahul's studies, Sonia Gandhi is 4th biggest politician, Khurshid's NGO took money from govt funds, AK Antony's wife's paintings sold for 28 crores, Sonia Gandhi will die with 6 months, Manmohan Singh is corrupt,Singhvi's CD, etc.

Let us take them on their own game. Let us fight our final battle with all our energy and power. We have a big task to defend India with all its Indianess. We fight British successfully  we fight poverty to an extent, we fight enemies from outside successfully, now it time to beat home grown enemy. The souls of 1000s lost their life in Godhra & Orissa pray for us. Founding fathers of our republic bless us. We will win this battle because in the end truth prevails, Goodness will beat evil, Rahul Gandhi will beat all enemies and will be our Prime minister of India in 2014.
Jai Hind

India Against Corruption (IAC) - My thoughts

Now its time of fight against corruptions - India against corruption, Team Anna, Baba Ramdev, Team Kejriwal, list is big. IAC has accused  corruption 15 cabinet ministers (it includes President Pranab Mukherji and Prime minister Manmohan Singh) , BJP President Nitin Gadkari, Robert Vadra husband of Priyanka Gandhi. Corruption charges are accused against IAC activists Prashant Bhushan , Mayanka Gandhi & Anjali Damania levelled.  IAC gets funds from dubious back grounds like Avaaz, Ford foundation, undisclosed benefactors. So within this entire mess let me look at IAC and its movement.

If we can believe all politician are corrupt, only hope for India is yet to be born Kejriwal party:-) But I dont trust IAC and thier intentions.before i come to that I want to introduce 2 crusaders against corruption in Kerala

1. Nawab Rajendran - Rajendran is a man who give his entire life for fighting againts corruption.First by through his magazine Nawab and later through Public interest litigations. at a point of time he was the only man Kerala CM Karunakaran feared. Nawab rajendran was booked under fake cases, bones were broken because of police brutality, he became a permanent patient. An innocent man become a victim of corrupt politicians greedness, his career and life shattered under boots of police. But still Nawab rajendran fight against mighty politician in Kerala till his last breath

2. Jomon Puthenpurackal - Jomon came to lime light by his famous fight for enquiry into Sister Abhaya Murder case, the accused were the mighty catholic Church.after years of fight  Crime branch & CBI enquirers came. Jomon become famous, he start to give other PILs against corruptions. but one fine day Sister Abhaya's family came out and told media that real interest of Jomon is to get funds from overseas in name of Abhaya, not the murder case. He was accused of black mailing politicians to extort money by threatening PILs against them.

Both Jomon and rajendran were fighting against corrupt system, but intentions were different .Jomon became a part of the system he was fighting against. When I see IAC it reminds me of crooked Jomon not about innocent crusader Nawab Rajendran.

Why I dont believe in India Against Corruption?

1. Fight against individual will not reduce corruption, one corrupt  bureaucrat is moved another will come in that place. If you ouster one corrupt politician another corrupt politician will be coming in that place .If Karunanidhi is out next Jayalalitha will come to power. When  Mayavathi gone  Mulayam Singh Yadav came to power.

2. Fight against some political parties and leaving others give serious doubts on intentions of anti corruption movements. Eg. those who attacked Salman Khurshid on mismanagement of  Rs.70 lakhs corruption were silent on Mayavathi & Mulayam. It means IAC looks for soft targets to get political mileage instead of reducing corruption.

3 .IAC never spoke against those states who are not having Lokayukta in place. Eg Gujarat, no Lokayukta even after HC instructs. Ordinary people face corruption in the local level and it has to be addressed locally by Lokayukta & Citizen charter(Only Kerala currently have a Citizens charter)

4. IAC was vocal about CAG reports about 2G & Coal allocation but they never spoke against Gujarat Govt where Rs.41,000 corruption is accused. Its a match fixing between Modi & IAC

5. IAC never gives any solution for corruption except that they speak about Jana Lokapal. If an all powerful Janlokapal  comes as suggested  by IAC it will be the most corrupt system which will above elected govt, legislature and judiciary without any accountability to people.

6. IAC is not showing their accounts, those who speak about transparency don't practice

7. IAC has taken money from Ford foundations, dubious front NGO of CIA and Avaaz who sponsored Arab spring. So intentions of IAC is a question mark. Are they real patriots fighting against corruption or traitors want anarchy in India?

8.When fighting against elected govt IAC should follow democratic process. Its clear that Kejriwal and Co dont have any respect for democratic process. If a solid case against a politician they have to file a case against them, Why they are avoiding Judiciary? What they represent? is it a fascist ideology?

9.Accusations without verified documents, To spoil hard earned reputation of a person IAC needs a press conference. They don't have an accountability to what they speak, whom they malign, or the documents they show.Eg. Salman Khurshid, when the accusations were wrong Kejriwal run away from responsibility and simply said onus is on channel, not on us. He dont have answers for the reputation of a politician, he is not bothered or he just thinks only about his political career only

10. Kejriwal refused to answer 27 questions by  Digvijay Singh. So it means he is not having answers for some of the questions. So he wants to hide and divert issue

11. IAC response to accusation against Prashant Bhushan, Anjali Damania and Mayank Gandhi. As per Kejriwal if an accusation against minister is their they have to resign, once he is cleared of his accusation only he can be back as a minister. But in case of his own colleague first he was asking for proof, then internal inquiry. No resignation, no punishment.Again what they preach they are not practicing.

12. IAC member Prashanth Bhushan is of the  idea  that kashmir should not be part of India. Activists with similar view are dangerous for internal security of the country.

13. IAC started as Team anna first and at that time only aim was Lokpal. Now they changed stand to become a political party and now they are not speaking about lokpal at all. So IAC dont have a clear vision or solution.

14. Reasons for split with Anna is dubious, is it because of money or because of power is a question mark.

15. RSS sponsored IAC movement, by Money, logistics and people. So whose agenda IAC is carrying forward?

So rather than believing Kejriwal & IAC are innocent crusaders like Nwab Rajendran I believe they are like Jomon Puthenpurackal who selectively target some people, for fame, money, political power

May be our political parties are corrupt, but still they preserve our democracy. IAC stands against very principle of democracy, privacy, honor of a citizen, respect a elected representative. People of India should reject this movement and show the world that we are beyond  western sponsored initiatives which try  to break our nation.Self proclaimed activists wont bring any good for our democracy

Modified lies & Swamified PIL - Sonia Gandhi's Medical expenses

Today my time line was full with arguments & counter arguments on Sonia Gandhi's medical treatments in US and expenses. If I can believe Subramaniam Swamy & Narendra Modi the expense incurred to exchequer is staggering 1880 crores.
Govt paid this amount as Sonia holding cabinet rank of National Advisory Council and UPA chairperson as per Modi & Swami

Immediately seeing this figure i remember the logic of CAG Vinod Rai, I felt  the amount was presumptive rather than an actual cost occurred .

i wish to explain why Modi's claims are blatant lie like CAG report on 2G & Coal allocation. I take 100 days Sonia Gandhi spent abroad for treatment as base(actual days are very less, but for easy computation)

1. Expenses for Team of Doctors Consultation - Per day 50 thousand dollars expense - Rs.27 crores
2. Treatment Expense - 1 lac dollars per month - I take medication at home too, so for last 3 years - Rs.36 crs
3. Shopping bill - 1 lac dollars every day - 55 crs ( dont think she was shopping when she was under treatment, but Swamy says, we have to believe him)
4.Chartered flight - (Swamy accused of using chartered flight from London to US only means 1 or 2 days while going and 1 or 2 days while coming. To avoid any error i give 30 days 24/7 chartered flight was on call.Chartered flight is available from 2500 dollars per hour, i gave a premium of 25000 dollars per hour rent) = 25000 dollars per hr for 1 month = 99 crs
4. Accommodation in Park avenue apartment - premium villas are available at rent of 1 lac dollars per month even in Newyork, still I gave a premium to avoid any error, 50 thousand dollars per day for 100 days -  27 crs

5.Food (Swamy told pizza from star hotel to Pulok Chatterji, i have to accommodate that too here so calculating 1000 dollars per head per day for 30 persons - There were only couple of people accompanied Sonia in treatment, still avoid any error calculating as 30) - 1000 dollars per head for 30 persons for 100 days - 16 crs

6. Diamonds ( Swamy specially told me that one of main cost is diamonds, so i calculate at rate of 11 million per diamond- costliest diamond - Sonia purchased 25 times- i know she wont have that much mood swing still for Swamy I calculate at 25) 11 lacs dollars per diamond - 25 pieces -147 crs

7. Travel expense of visitors -( Assuming many people from Delhi gone and visited her) - as they have not pre planned trip and taken emergency ticket i put 10 lac per ticket for 100 persons - 10 cr

(Modi didnt get Visa & Swamy not accompanied so as swamy says I am not putting any miscellaneous expense for male escort - as Swamy accused)

So this much inflated bills also total expense is touching only 418 crs
Note :-

Average expense for caner treatment is 20 thousand dollars per month only which include doctors consultation and medicines, if its leukemia treatment cost is 1.3 lacs dollars per month only including doctor fees.In case of whipple procedure surgery on pancreas( as swamy said about Sonia Gandhi) cost will be 60 thousand dollars average only

Purchase of diamonds as expense is imagination of Swamy, if we take as it is it wont 25 nos :-)
No of people and food expense wont be that much, Sonia was accompanied by only 2 people, even Priyanka & Rahul was there for some days only

This is another fictional works of  malicious  RSS people to attack Sonia, even question her integrity and family life( male escort, it will be audited as miscellaneous) . does Swamy and Modi see all ladies are like the member's of their family?
First RSS attacked Rahul Gandhi with Boston arrest and then rape of a gal named Sukanya, when they failed in both started attacking Manmohan Singh in Coal allocation & 2G. When people of india and Supreme Court rejected both they are coming up with an attack on Sonia.
It sad to see that even medical treatment of our respected leader is a political weapon for Modi, it shows his culture, upbringing, hatred, and evil mind

Why Modi Fear Lokayuktha

17 scams under Modi which he don't want an inquiry by Lokayuktha. transparent Gujarat
Land for Nano plant at low rate
The state government allotted 1100 acres of land to Tata Motors Ltd (TML) to set up the Nano plant near Sanand. The land was allotted allegedly at Rs900 per square metre while its market rate was around Rs10,000 per square metre. Simply put, the government gave Tata Motors total monetary benefit of Rs33,000 crore.

Land sold cheap to Adani Group
Land was allotted to Adani Group for the Mundra Port & Mundra Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Re1 per square metre. This is grossly lower than the market rate.

Cheap land for ind, not for airforce
The Gujarat government allotted 3,76,561 square metre of land to real estate developer K Raheja at Rs470 per square metre, while the South-West Air Command (SWAC) was asked to pay Rs1100 per square metre for 4,04,700 square metre land.

Agricultuure University land allotted for hotel
State government allotted 65,000 square metres of land belonging to Navsari Agriculture University in Surat to Chatrala Indian Hotel Group for a hotel project despite objection from the institute. This deal was allegedly brokered by the chief minister through his office causing a loss of Rs426 crore.

Border land for chemical firmsA huge plot of land near the Pakistan border was allotted to salt chemical companies said to be close to BJP leader Venkaiah Naidu.

Essar Group's encroachmentState government has allotted 2.08 lakh square metres of land to Essar Steel. Part of the disputed land is CRZ and forest land that cannot be allotted as per Supreme Court guidelines.

Land given to Bharat HotelPrime land was allotted to Bharat Hotels without auction on Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway in Ahmedabad. The company has been allotted 25,724 square metre land.

Corruption in allotment of lakes
State government, in 2008, awarded contracts for fishing activities in 38 lakes without inviting any tenders; bidders were ready to pay Rs25 lakh per lake.

Land given to L&T
Larson & Toubro (L&T) was allotted 80 hectare land at Hazira at the rate of Re1 per square metre.

Land allotted to other industries
Instead of auctioning prime land in the major cities of the state, the Gujarat government had allotted the land to some industries and industrialists who had signed MoUs in the five editions of VGGIS.

Cattle feed fraud
The Gujarat government had purchased cattle feed from a blacklisted company at Rs240 per 5 kg whereas the market rate is just Rs120 to Rs140 per 5 kg.

Scam in Anganwadi centres
Two bidders apparently formed a cartel and bid for supplying supplementary Nutrition Extruded Fortified Blended Food (EFBF) to Anganwadi centres of the state. One company bid for three zones, while the other for only two. Guidelines were violated, causing the state exchequer a loss of Rs92 crore.

GSPC
Despite an investment of Rs4933.50 crore, GSPC has been able to earn only Rs290 crore from the 13 out of 51 blocks of oil and gas discovered by the company. Contractual relations of Geo-Global and GSPC deserve investigation since Geo-Global is to be hired for a higher fee, above profit-sharing.

Luxury aircraft used by CM
Instead of using commercial flights or state-owned aircraft and helicopter, chief minister Narendra Modi had used private luxury aircraft for around 200 trips in five years. The cost had been borne by the beneficiary industries.

Rs500 crore SSY scam
The Rs6237.33 crore Sujalam Sufalam Yojana (SSY) announced in 2003 was to be completed by 2005 but it is still not completed. Public accounts committee of Gujarat assembly unanimously prepared a report indicating a scam of overRs500 crore which was not tabled.

Indigold Refinery land scam
Around 36.25 acre farmland in Kutch district was purchased and sold in violation of all norms by Indigold Refinery Ltd.

Swan Energy
49% of the shares of Pipavav Power Station of GSPC were sold to Swan Energy without inviting any tenders.

Modi & Hitler

Prashant Panday (Times of India)

In my two previous posts on Modi, I have tried to show how Modi’s claim to Gujarat’s economic prosperity is untrue. Gujarat was always prosperous. Gujarat never had electricity shortages. Gujarat always had an industrial climate – industrialists always loved Gujarat. The roads were always good. Yes, the drinking water is Ahmedabad is now much better thanks to the Sardar Sarovar Project, but that project was started much before Modi or the BJP came to power in Gujarat. I have also written about why Modi was desperate to woo the Muslims – in no state in India where the Muslim population has exceeded the national average of 13% (and that includes four of the biggest five states – UP, Bihar, WB and Andhra Pradesh) has the BJP ever done well. This last piece is a focus on Modi personally. Not on the BJP. Not on other leaders of the BJP. Nor it it any wave of support for the Congress or other non-BJP parties. This is an apolitical piece. This piece is solely and squarely on Modi himself. The more one looks at Modi’s conduct, it becomes apparent that there is an inner core of his which is comparable with Hitler’s.
You cannot hide the true dictatorial character of a person behind a pretentious veil of democracy for too long. On the one hand, there is the sham of a democratic “sadbhavna” fast on in Ahmedabad. On the other hand, there is a shameful dictatorial attempt on to scuttle the protesting crowds. Protests against Modi in Gujarat?
But why should we be surprised by Modi’s suppression of the protest held by riot affected victims against his fast? Knowing Modi’s style and his attitude to those who don’t swing to his tune, it should have been expected. After all, the sadbhavna fast was Modi’s grand plans to pitchfork him into the arena of central politics. How could some so-called victims disturb those plans?
A few months back it was no different when the Congress attempted to scuttle the voice of dissent by first not giving Anna Hazare permission to fast at Jantar Mantar. That was panned by one and all. Then the party made the mistake of arresting him and putting him in Tihar. That immediately backfired. But at least the public howls woke the party up. It quickly changed tracks. The party was forced to agree to an alternate and bigger location for the fast; to an unconditional fast-unto-death no matter how undemocratic that is. At least, the Congress responded with contrite behavior. What about Modi? Will Modi respond by apologizing for the detention of the protestors? We will wait to see if he does that.
In many ways, Modi’s motives, ambitions and methods are similar to those of Hitler. Modi’s motives have always been to cater to the fringe right-wing elements of his Hindu followers (the majority), just like Hitler catered to the vast majority of right-wing Germans. He has unabashedly been anti-Muslim, just like Hitler was unabashedly anti-Jew. And it’s worked for Modi just like it worked for Hitler. The Germans handed Hitler one of the biggest electoral victories of the time with 44% of them voting in his favor. The Gujaratis have likewise rewarded Modi by giving him three successive terms in the state. Modi’s ambitions have always led him beyond the shores of Gujarat towards Delhi. Just like Hitler’s led him beyond the shores of Germany to continental Europe. Modi talks of the “asmita” of Gujaratis; Hitler spoke of the Aryan pride of Germans.
Even the early beginnings of Hitler’s anti-semitism could be traced back to a pre-existing feeling of German majority suspicion against the Jews. A theory that existed after WW1 was that the German defeat in that war was not caused on the battlefield but by the liberal, socialist and communist subversive elements on the home front (the Jews). It’s a very similar situation that exists in India. There is a feeling in many in India that it is the Muslims who are behind the terrorism in India. Additionally, in Gujarat, for many decades now, there has been a feeling that the Muslims are anti-India and pro-Pakistan. That they cheer for Pakistan when an India-Pakistan cricket match is played. This may be all rubbish but this feeling has persisted for long in Gujarat.
There was another reason why Hitler became anti-semitic. Hitler was influenced by the thinking of Marx in his early life. However, he despised the “class division” propounded by the Marxists. After WW1, when the German society was vastly divided, Hitler blamed the Marxists for the divisions in society. And to his chagrin, most of the proponents of Marxist ideology were the Jews. In Hitler’s mind, that was proof that the German problems were because of the Jews. It’s a very similar thing with Modi. In many ways, Modi hold the politics of appeasement followed by the other political parties responsible for many of the problems in India. If the Muslims were not appeased, they would have “fallen in line”. If the Muslims were not appeased, they would have been more nationalistic. Modi’s strategy is a political strategy. A strategy to win the support of the majority community by using the appeasement of Muslims as bait. Just the same was as Hitler’s political strategy was to win the support of the majority Germans by using the minority Jews as bait.
Hitler’s supporters often cited his huge popularity at home to prove his leadership and charisma. His right to rule Europe. Hitler was an extremely powerful orator who could rouse the crowds. It’s the same with Modi. Even the biggest detractors of Modi cannot deny that Modi’s charisma is more than that of most other leaders and so is Modi’s oratory. By making Jews the butt of all things wrong in Germany, Hitler used his oratory to the hilt in polarizing the Germans against the Jews. Modi’s doing the same. He is making the Muslims the butt of all things wrong in India to generate the support for himself in Gujarat.
Hitler had many allies in his war against the Jews. The Axis powers – the alliance of like-minded nations – included Italy, Japan, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria. There was indirect support from Finland, Iraq and Thailand – countries who were fighting their own local problems and found that their enemies were the same as the enemies of Hitler. Many people who commented on my previous two posts on Modi said that Modi was “growing the NDA alliance” and making it stronger than it was. That’s exactly how Hitler’s thinking was when he signed the agreements that joined the Axis Powers. The NDA includes partners like the VHP, the Bajrang Dal (non-political but still large organizations) and the Shiv Sena who agree with Modi’s ideology. And it also includes many other parties who are merely fighting their local battles against the other non-BJP political parties.
And here’s something that everyone knows but no one really ever admits. Hitler’s cherished goal was to set up the “New Order” – German hegemony in continental Europe. In many ways, Modi’s goal is also the creation of a new order. A rule of Hinduism all over India. If he had his way, Modi would have India be called a Hindu country rather than a secular one.
The parallels between Modi and Hitler are nothing unique to this post. But sometimes, it just helps to re-look at historical facts to see if there are lessons to be learnt. Germany was always a great country like Gujarat has always been a great state. Germany was one of the leaders of the Industrial revolution just like Gujarat has been one of the leaders of the industrial revolution in our country. Germany led in engineering. Gujarat leads in exports; in chemicals and pharmaceuticals and many other domains. Hitler thought that domestic support could leapfrog him to pan-Europe leadership. That’s the mistake he made. That put the entire German population – along with a few allies – against the rest of Europe. Modi should keep that in mind. His home support is good for him to remain in Gujarat. But that support cannot leapfrog him to the center. For that, he has to have a new gameplan; a new strategy. A new strategy that recognizes the lay of the land outside Gujarat…..and to get there, he has to first shed his dictatorial ways. He has to become much more inclusive and democratic. He must allow protests against his government. He must be man enough to face them….
The real truth is that by stopping protests against his movement, Modi has once again shown his Hitleresque features. This is his moment in the sun. How can someone put up a protest against him at this moment? The protest has to be scuttled. This is a very Hitler-like response. Hitler scuttled all opposition to his rule. But he failed. Modi shouldn’t make the same mistake…..

Is there any Modi magic in vibrant Gujarat or its just a media hype?

Is the Congress afraid of winning in Gujarat?

Nothing else explains why it lets Narendra Modi tom-tom development when it should have been the Congress banging the drums. The economic achievements of governments before Modi's read like an award citation, but too much secularism has since led the Congress astray. Instead of showcasing its past performance to regain Gujarat, it is obsessed with nailing Modi as a communalist-in-chief. Naturally, it is not getting anywhere fast.

Look also at the good memories the Congress is erasing.

In 1991, a full 10 years before Modi arrived, as many as 17,940 out of 18,028 villages were already electrified. The Ukai plant, which uses washed coal to generate power, was also pre-Modi as was the asphalting of 87.5% of Gujarat roads. In 1980-81, Gujarat's share in manufacturing at the national level was only 16.29%, but by 2000-01 it rose to an impressive 28.71%. Not surprising then that between 1994-2001, well before Modi, Gujarat's state domestic product grew at 10%-13%, way higher than the all-India average.

Since 1980, Gujarat has been India's poster state. Modi had nothing to do with the world's largest ship-breaking yard coming up in Bhavnagar, nor with the setting up of the Ambani refinery in Jamnagar. Well before Modi, Gujarat accounted for 45% of India's petroleum products, roughly 18% of the country's cargo handling, 23% of our total requirement for crude oil and 30% of our natural gas needs from offshore basins.

In addition, Gujarat, since the 1990s, produces as much as 78% of the country's salt, 98% of soda ash and 26% of India's pharmaceutical products. Because of chief minister Chimanbhai Patel's intervention in 1993, port traffic in this state jumped from a mere 3.18 million tonnes in 1981 to 86.17 million tonnes in 2001. In the same period, Gujarat's share of national port traffic increased from 45.36% to above 76% and has stayed there ever since. Modi's decade has not made that percentage grow.

During the eventful 1990s, Gujarat successfully augmented 35% of its power generation capacity. It also closed down five major loss-making public sector units, initiating instead a variety of public-private partnerships. In fact, an early short-lived BJP government under Keshubhai Patel in 1995-96 did some good work too. In particular, he was instrumental in setting up Gujarat's Industrial Development Board, but Modi has blanked him out from public memory as well.

If Gujarat's agriculture is prospering today, it is because the state has begun to receive Sardar Sarovar waters from 2002. Once again, Modi had little to do with the inauguration of this project, but he was at the right place at the right time to take the credit for it. If there was ever a person who reaped what somebody else had sown, then that is Modi.

Gujarat also is not alone in posting agricultural growth rates above the national average; even backward Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh handsomely beat the all-India figure. Finally, it is not as if Gujarat is overall the richest state either; Haryana, Punjab, Maharashtra and Kerala are all much better off, primarily because they have lower rural poverty rates.

At the same time, to round off this number, it must be acknowledged Gujarat was never poor. True, it was a lowly eighth in terms of prosperity in 1960, but it has been at number three since 1990 and continues to hold that spot. Modi may not have self-started Gujarat's development, but he certainly kept the engine running.

In line with this, Modi should be credited for taking a few initiatives of his own. For example, while Gujarat's villages were all lit, it is also a fact that the state's electricity board was bankrupt in 2002. Loans were arranged to overcome this shortfall and power thefts too were curtailed by police monitoring. Gujarat also did well in making the central government's 'Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan' work, especially in connection with the girl child. Yet, the percentage fall in Gujarat's infant mortality and poverty rates are well below the national average.

It is not as if Gujarat's pre-2001 achievements are hard to dredge out of history. But by keeping silent about its successful past, the Congress has added body to Modi's presence. This enables him to keep his people in line by telling them he is about to get angry, but that should not disorient the opposition. Now that Gujarat's economy is all grown up and good-looking, the Congress should admit its responsibility and submit to a paternity test. What is there to hide?

Hefty anti-saffron helpings, on their own, will not do. With a stomach full of that stuff, the Congress can hardly catch up with Modi. In fact, Jawaharlal Nehru taught us that secularism does not win elections, development does. Why then is the Congress doing its best to come second-best by gagging its record of the 1990s? In politics, as in sports, winning is not everything, it is the only thing.

Most recently, Mukesh Ambani praised Narendra Modi for putting Gujarat on the world map. He seems to have forgotten that his father, and Reliance, prospered in Gujarat well before Modi properly entered politics. On the other hand, there is much wisdom in the old Sicilian proverb that we keep our friends close, but our enemies even closer.

In which case, is Mukesh close or closer to Modi?

No resignation, no enquiry in vibrant Gujarat on CAG report

When BJP ask for Prime Minister Manmohan Singhs resignation before that they should ask Narendra Modis resignation based on CAG report. why so called patriots are silent about this? or BJP took license to loot country?
Times of India article on CAG report
Rs.17,000 cr loss
Report submitted on last day of assembly session
No debate on report
Those who asked for debate were kicked out of assembly- democracy or dictatorship?

GANDHINAGAR: The Comptroller and Auditor General reports for 2009-10 and 2010-11, placed before the Gujarat assembly on the last day of the budget session on Friday, tore into the Narendra Modi government on the issue of corruption by pointing out irregularities causing a cumulative loss of nearly Rs 17,000 crore.

The villain of the piece turned out to be state-owned public sector undertaking (PSU), Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC), which showed irregularities leading to losses of up to Rs 12,400 crore.
The reports slam the handling of finances by the Gujarat government, saying there were regular unspent "excesses" left in all departments over the last four years, and that there were "last minute fund releases and issuance of re-appropriation/surrender orders at the fag end, particularly on the last day of the year".
State-owned power distribution companies (DISCOMs) also bled the exchequer, according to the CAG reports. CAG also came down heavily on the government for its failure to keep its water bodies, rivers, lakes and ponds, free of pollution. Saying the Sabarmati Riverfront project's planning and scope was "inadequate", CAG underlined that the project "defeated" the objective of keeping the river clean. Central Effluent Treatment Plants were not complying with norms on quality of discharge either, it said.
On pollution, due to urbanization and industrialization, CAG said out of 170 urban local bodies, 46 were discharging sewage into rivers. Of these 46, only six had sewage treatment plants to release treated sewage into the rivers. Further, nine local bodies discharged untreated sewage into the lakes, 26 into natural drains, and nine into the sea.
CAG found holes in the pipelined water supply in rural areas. It said 32% of drinking water sources were contaminated during a pre-monsoon survey, and the affected villagers were not even alerted about this. As a result, there was no reduction in the incidence of water-borne diseases across the state.
With all but four Congress MLAs suspended from the House, there could be no debate on the damning CAG reports. As soon as the house began functioning on Friday, MLAs Rajendrasinh Parmar, Paranjayadityasinhji Parmar, Jodhaji Thakore and Amit Chavda sought discussion on CAG report, which the speaker Ganpar Vasava disallowed.
The quartet rushed to the well carrying banners on CAG. They were suspended, quite predictably, and escorted out by the security staff.

Orissa - Attack on Christians by RSS

Sep.2008

Malati Digaro, a Christian convert sobs as she looks at what remains of her home. "This is all that is left of my house. It took us four years to build this and look at what has happened to it," she adds with tear-filled eyes.

Today, The Indian state of Orissa - along with other parts of India - is engulfed in flames of 'hatred'. A prominent Brahmo-fascist Hindu leader was assassinated recently by, as yet, unknown assailants - leading to the Christian community being scapegoated for the murder. Thus hundreds (reports suggest over 800 churches), countless villages, thousands of homes and unreported amount of lives were hurt, damaged or simply destroyed by the radical Hindu mobs that set out to wreck havoc on Christian communities.

This systematic elimination of Christian community in Orissa is neither an isolated event, nor something new. It is a state sponsored act by the Indian state of Orissa [as has become the norm in other Indian states as well] - where the radical Hindu party called BJP (RSS/VHP/BajrangDal being its sister organizations) is in power. The state of Orissa has refused to take any major action to stop this genocide aganist Christians.

Now the Indian Supreme Court has ordered troops to be sent into Orissa to stop the Hindu extremist thugs. The Court also ordered the state government of Orissa to turn in evidence of whatever steps (if any) they have taken to stop the violence.
